Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow returns on items.

CANCELLATIONS:

No order cancellations or order changes once orders have been placed.

After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.

SHIPPING:

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

While we are as committed as ever to be a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 5 to 10 days to receive.

If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Express Shipping.

Phineka’s Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). (We are closed Sunday and Monday). Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when Phineka’s Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day.

Address Verification

Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses for (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from phinekasboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Priority and Free Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 3 business days
If your order is placed Tuesday – Friday by 12 PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area Express Mail Area. (Contact your local post office to check your area). Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Orders; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount.
